Kuasa Collective is a woman-owned small business that employs skilled seamstresses in Kigali, Rwanda. Working together, they create vibrant kitenge pieces, from bags to keychains, using bold, patterned fabrics that bring color and life to everyday items.
Created to provide meaningful employment and fair wages for women in Rwanda, this collective has been part of Mango & Main since the early days. Through long standing relationships, including Shannon's visits to Rwanda over the years, we have seen firsthand the care, talent, and community behind each piece.
