Our paper bead garland is truly a work of art. Each bead is hand rolled by our artisans in Pignon, Haiti, ensuring all beads are uniform in size and shape. The beads are then sealed and painted and finally strung, for a garland with a story to tell!  What a labor of love!

No nutcrackers were harmed in the making of this chocolate bar. Hazelnuts and sweet brittle pieces in 55% dark chocolate – crunchy, salty and jolly.  

One of our favorite seasonal traditions is the mixed nut bowl full of walnuts, pecans and of course, hazelnuts. In honor of that, we decided to take our favorite nut, the hazelnut, and pair it with our sweet and crunchy brittle. From there, we add that mix into our smooth 55% dark chocolate and finish it off with a pinch of salt. Our organic and fair trade Nutcracker Brittle 55% Dark Chocolate bar has become a new holiday tradition.

Theo Tip: Add a couple of squares of this chocolate bar to your appetizer or charcuterie board. It pairs well with a smoked camembert.

This organic and fair trade chocolate bar was inspired by our favorite non-chocolate holiday treat: candy canes! Over the years this bar has become our best-selling holiday flavor, and it’s not hard to figure out why!

Our favorite ingredient in this bar is the peppermint oil. Our sourcing partner works with farmers from the village of Bastara in the Uttar Pradesh region of India. The oil produced in this region provides an intense and authentic peppermint flavor when paired with our 70% dark chocolate.
