This little black skirt is a new Mata style for fall, featuring hand block printed florals and subtle French knot embroidery in contrasting olive green. This pull-on skirt has elastic at the back, but a flat front so you can wear a tucked-in top for a streamlined look. We say mini, but don't let that scare you - a Mata mini hits above the knee, but isn't super short. We love this skirt paired with a cute sweater and chunky boots for fall.

Process: Our designs are hand carved into teak wood blocks, and then hand block printed onto soft cotton. We use water based, non-toxic, AZO-free dyes. Every step of our production is done by hand in small batches by a network of artisans in Jaipur.
